About Us

An Epidemiologist and former senior lecturer at the University of Salford, Manchester, as well as China and the USA, where Eric lectured in the areas of food safety, food auditing, food control, epidemiology, food law, and the development of quality systems for the food industry. He has experience auditing, training, and instructing several industry-related, government and professional bodies. Eric has vast experience in crisis management in the food industry. During the past 30 years, he has conducted countless assignments across the world, linked to improving the standards for the meat and food industry. Eric now leads a large team of highly experienced consultants in both food and non-food recall providing global coverage. This role finds him active in the areas of recall, risk and crisis support for both pre- incidence and post incidence situations.
